Information we collect
When you use the free-claim-review form, we collect:
- Information about your claim (carrier, claim type, status, value range, incident date)
- Contact information (name, email, phone, ZIP, state)
- TCPA consent (timestamped record of your agreement to receive SMS)
- The page you submitted from (`source URL`) and any UTM parameters
We collect standard request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes via Cloudflare Turnstile and our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To respond to your free-claim-review request
- To send follow-up communications you've consented to (email; SMS only with explicit TCPA consent)
- To improve our content and identify common claim issues
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with insurance carriers.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored in our customer-relationship management system (GoHighLevel), which is the system of record. We retain records for as long as needed to provide the services you've requested or as required by California law, whichever is longer.
California residents — CCPA/CPRA rights
California residents have the right to: know what we've collected about them, request deletion of personal information, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither), correct inaccurate information, and limit our use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@policyholderaid.org.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for session state (e.g., dismissing the floating-CTA bar) and Google Tag Manager / Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use cross-site advertising pixels.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
